The Business Development Services component is aimed at RKFINFA target group which has limited business experience and inability to link with markets and financial service providers. Technical Service Provider offer business support services to SMEs and farmers groups to enable then access markets for their produce and financial services. Business support services to financial institutions participating in the R-CGS, GFF and SACCOS include the development and refinement of their agri-lending strategies and provide tailored products to RKFINFA target group to improve access to finance. Special effort is made to focus on areas where there are on-going IFAD projects so that synergy is generated in the targeted areas.
