In line with the Government digital transformation agenda, RK-FINFA has developed a Project Management Portal to provide an integrated digital platform for the management of project information, monitoring and reporting of objectives, indicators, activities and results.

The Portal is designed to strengthen project coordination, improve the efficiency and timeliness of reporting, enhance information management, and support data-driven decision-making.

Successful implementation of the Portal will contribute to the following:

1. Enhanced Information Sharing and Stakeholders Engagement

The Portal will facilitate the sharing of key project information, including performance information, with relevant stakeholders. This will facilitate timely information sharing and enable stakeholders to access up-to-date information.

2. Real-Time Reporting by Implementers

The Portal will enable implementers submit progress real-time. This will reduce delays associated with manual and fragmented reporting processes and provide management with more timely visibility of project implementation and performance.

3. Activity Planning, Scheduling and Tracking

The activity calendar and tracking functionality will enable the Project and implementers plan, schedule and monitor activities. This will facilitate timely follow-up of outstanding actions and strengthen timely implementation of the project.

4. Centralized Information Repository

The Portal will provide a centralized repository for project information, documents and records. This will reduce reliance on emails and other fragmented sources of information, while improving accessibility, information sharing and knowledge management.

5. Performance Dashboards and Analytics

The Portal will provide dashboards and analytical for a consolidated view of project performance. This will facilitate timely identification of areas requiring attention and monitoring of performance trends.

The Portal will support a more integrated, transparent, efficient and data-driven approach to RK-FINFA project management, while strengthening coordination between the National Treasury, the Project, Implementing partners and other stakeholders.
